Job Description: As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel in a specific department or unit. Your role will involve developing staffing schedules and assigning duties based on patient needs and staff skill sets. You will ensure adherence to nursing best practices, safety standards, and hospital policies to provide optimal patient care.
