Job Description To provide basic nursing care to patients nutritional, comfort, hygienic and elimination needs. To assist the staff nurse for all minor procedures like canulization, catheterization, minor dressing, nebulization, insertion of suppository, enema etc. Toensure ID band is put for all patients& assess vital signs including pain assessment. Perform related duties and responsibilities as requiredlike checking inventory & expiry dates, sending & receiving CSSD items, file arrangements, assisting physiotherapist as & when needed To follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols To encourage patients to actively participate in their own care by asking questions and reporting treatment or situations that they don't understand To update on essential knowledge and skill by participating in on-going CNE(continuing using education) Other coordination like, dietary, billing & insurance, house keeping& laundry. To update and keep abreast of the HAI statistics and preventive measures. To safely uses the sharp items and dispose the sharps properly. To work as a team to enhance patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction.
