To update and keep abreast of the HAI statistics and preventive measures. To safely uses the sharp items and dispose the sharps properly. To work as a team to enhance patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction. Process Improvement and Documentation: Ensure prompt implementation of clinician orders, accurate nursing documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance care delivery. Inventory and Equipment Management: Manage inventory efficiently, reduce inventory days, ensure effective utilization and maintenance of biomedical equipment under nursing accountability. People Management and Staff Development: Collaborate with HR for nurse life cycle management, conduct training, mentorship programs, and ensure career progression through upskilling, performance reviews, and cross-functional engagement What We Are Looking For: BSc/MSC Nursing Minimum of 10+ years of experience (inclusive of clinical and administration) Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
