Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical condition and create personalized treatment plans. Provide physiotherapy services such as exercises, manual therapy, mobilization, and use of equipment. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and injury prevention. Track patient progress and adjust treatment as needed. Work closely with doctors, nurses, and caregivers to ensure complete care. Maintain proper records of treatments and progress. Follow safety and hygiene protocols while delivering home care. Attend regular trainings and support health camps and awareness programs. Help promote company services by generating referrals and building professional networks. Qualifications: BPT or MPT degree with valid license/registration. 1-3 years of experience. Experience in home care or hospital physiotherapy is a plus. Strong clinical and communication skills. Able to work independently and travel to patient locations. Compassionate and professional in patient care.
