Role Description We're looking for a Physiotherapist in Bangalore North (Sadashivnagar, RT Nagar, Sanjaynagar, Hebbal & nearby areas) to join our purpose-led team. You'll play a key role in shaping our sessions and community events, helping older adults move with confidence, joy, and strength. Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments & tailoring therapeutic interventions Using innovative techniques to improve mobility and function safely Inspiring long-term motivation for healthier living Collaborating with other wellness professionals to design and execute our sessions Flexibility to take on ad?hoc responsibilities, embracing the spirit of a growing team working together to make a difference Qualifications & Reqirements Solid expertise in physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation, and patient assessment, especially with clients aged 50+ Deep empathy & insight into the varied physical and emotional needs of clients - especially older adults - ensuring care that is both compassionate and effective Strong communication skills to build trust and motivate clients Ability to design personalized exercise and mobility plans Skill in monitoring progress and documenting outcomes Relevant certifications or a degree in physiotherapy A collaborative spirit and passion for community wellness
