Job Title: Backend Developer (Python) Location: Noida, Sector-2 Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level (4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience) Salary: ₹9–11 LPA (up to 30% hike on current CTC) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Python) to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector-2. As a key member of our backend development team, you will play a crucial role in building scalable and high-performance applications using Python and related technologies. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable backend services using Python. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement new features. Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to support web and mobile applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems for speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality across the team. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains up to date. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python. Skills & Experience Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with OOP principles and design patterns. Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework such as Django , Flask , or FastAPI . Good understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Proficient in working with databases such as MySQL , PostgreSQL , or MongoDB . Basic understanding of front-end technologies and development practices is a plus.
