Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Haldwani for a Nursery Teacher. The Nursery Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and monitoring the progress and development of the children. Responsibilities also include communicating effectively with parents and colleagues, and participating in training and development opportunities.

🎯 Role Overview:
We are seeking a warm, creative, and dedicated **Kindergarten Teacher** to guide our early learners (Pre-Nursery to KG) through the foundational years of education. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of every child.✅ Key Responsibilities:* Deliver age-appropriate, activity-based learning aligned with early childhood education principles (play-way method, theme-based learning, etc.)* Create and maintain a stimulating and supportive classroom environment* Plan and implement engaging lesson plans and daily routines* Track student progress, maintain records, and prepare report cards* Develop children's motor, cognitive, linguistic, and social skills* Foster creativity through music, art, storytelling, and free play* Ensure classroom safety and hygiene practices are followed* Coordinate with parents through regular meetings and feedback* Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, training, and planning sessions🎓 Qualifications & Experience:Minimum Qualification: – Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Pre-Primary Teacher Training (PPTT) – Graduation (any discipline) is mandatoryExperience: – 1–3 years in a kindergarten or pre-primary school (preferred) – Freshers with excellent communication and child-handling skills may also applySkills Required: – Excellent verbal and written communication in English – Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills – Creativity, patience, empathy, and a love for children – Tech-savvy (basic computer skills and smart classroom tools)💼 Compensation & Benefits:* Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience* Benefits: Professional development, collaborative work culture, performance incentives (if applicable)
