Position Overview

We are hiring B.Sc Nursing freshers for the role of Telecaller Nurse, responsible for conducting telephonic patient assessments, offering basic clinical guidance as per protocols, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high standard of patient care through phone-based support.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls with patients for assessments and follow-ups.

Conduct clinical assessments based on pre-defined questionnaires and nursing protocols.

Document all patient interactions, vital information, and assessment findings in the system.

Provide guidance on basic health concerns and escalate cases when necessary.

Coordinate with doctors, case managers, and internal teams to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain empathy, professionalism, and clarity in communication.

Ensure compliance with medical, data privacy, and organizational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

B.Sc Nursing (Fresher or up to 1 year experience)

Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi / Kannada preferred).

Basic clinical knowledge and ability to assess patient conditions over a call.

Comfortable working with digital tools and documentation systems.

Ability to handle patient queries with patience and professionalism.

Work Conditions

Full-time, on-site (Delhi or Bangalore office).

Rotational or fixed shifts based on organizational requirements.

Training will be provided.
