Key Responsibilities 1. Data Entry & Data Management Accurately enter, update, and maintain student and institutional data in the college management system. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to support reporting and administrative processes. 2. Fees Management Assist in fee collection and maintain accurate fee records. Coordinate with the accounts department for fee reconciliation and related documentation. Handle student queries related to fee payments and receipts. 3. Student Data Handling Collect, organize, and maintain admission forms, student documents, academic records, and related files. Ensure secure storage and easy retrieval of student information. 4. Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to academic and administrative teams. Assist in coordinating academic schedules, meetings, and campus operations.
