Role Overview

NSO Project Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end cloud kitchen setup projects.
• Liaise with vendors for kitchen equipment, interiors, utilities, and supplies.
• Track and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new locations.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing, and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams during setup.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and provide updates to senior management.
• Address and resolve on-ground challenges during setup to ensure timely handovers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project execution, preferably in F&B, Retail, or Cloud Kitchen setups.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to different cities/outlets for project execution.
