NPD & Costing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Technical review and understanding of new projects received from customers.

2. Work on complete cost estimation of enquiries, bids received from customers and product re-costing; follow up and close customer enquiries in a timely manner

3. Lead the costing team on cost estimation for enquiries, bids received from customers

4. Project manage the end-to-end, on-time execution of the new product development cycle with a cross functional team of staff.

5. Support internal teams and customers on various documentation requirements.

6. Needs to manage successful sample qualification from customer end to ensure new business realization.

7. Needs to manage new business conversions throughout stages with data analysis; activity includes timely communication with customer and company back-end team to ensure business realization.

8. Project manage new product development cycle with a cross functional team of senior technical staff

9. Identify local and international sales opportunities with Engineering OEMs

10. Maintain customer relationships through visits and regular communication; Communicate with customers regularly regarding new product queries and technical clarifications.
