Day to Day Responsibility of our Engineer: · Monitor CNC machining processes and conduct regular inspections to identify deviations, defects, or non-conformities in product dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes. · Investigate and analyse quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. · Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and ensure the quality of incoming materials and components used in CNC machining processes. · Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards for CNC machining operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. · Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings in CNC machining operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and overall performance. · Provide training and support to CNC machine operators, production personnel, and other stakeholders on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices for ensuring product quality and reliability. · Shall able to Read & Interpret Engineering Drawings and specifications. · Shall able to carry our inspections of machined components, Castings & Forgings using metrological instruments like Calliper, Micrometre, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Visual measurement instruments like Profile Projectors, Contour measurement machine, Roughness Tester, attribute gauges etc. Location and commitments: · Working hours – Mon to Sat – 6 days (9hr Working Culture) – Rotational Shift . · For Weekends, we work 6 days a week, Sundays are off. 2nd Saturday off
