NPD & Costing Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for technical review and understanding of new projects received from customers. Additionally, you will work on complete cost estimation of enquiries and bids received from customers, as well as product re-costing. Leading the costing team on cost estimation for enquiries and bids will also be part of your role. You will project manage the end-to-end, on-time execution of the new product development cycle with a cross-functional team of staff. Supporting internal teams and customers on various documentation requirements will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Managing successful sample qualification from the customer end to ensure new business realization and new business conversions throughout stages with data analysis will be crucial. Identifying local and international sales opportunities with Engineering OEMs will also be part of your role, along with maintaining customer relationships through visits and regular communication.
