Responsibilities
- Lead AI-Driven Product Innovation : Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and advanced data analytics to design and deliver market access solutions that create tangible business value.
- Drive Data-Informed Rapid Prototyping : Utilize AI-assisted tools, no-code platforms, and data science techniques to rapidly prototype and iterate on product concepts based on data insights and customer feedback.
- Implement Data-Driven Decision Making : Establish rigorous experimentation, KPIs, and analytics frameworks that guide continuous product improvement and strategic pivots.
- Translate Complex Data into Actionable Insights : Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and market experts to distill complex datasets into intuitive product features and user experiences that meet real-world healthcare needs.
- Shape the AI-First Culture : Advocate for cross-functional alignment around AI and data strategies, sharing best practices to amplify AI adoption and data fluency within the organization.
- Partner Closely with Customers and Stakeholders : Lead co-creation sessions and usability testing to validate AI-driven product features and solutions directly with end users, including healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical clients.
- Define Product Vision and Roadmap : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap centered on data- and AI-driven capabilities that safeguard competitive advantage and accelerate time to market.
- Ensure Product Quality and Compliance : Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to navigate industry standards and ensure ethical AI practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related data-intensive industries.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products or data-analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency with data science concepts, machine learning frameworks, and AI toolkits; experience working closely with data scientists and engineers.
- Expertise in rapid prototyping using AI-assisted or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into user-friendly products and interfaces.
- Exceptional skills in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing features with data-driven rationale.
- Excellent communication skills with strong capability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in health or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Bachelors degree required, advanced degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, or related field preferred.
Preferred
- Background in market access combined with experience in AI or advanced analytics in healthcare.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools promoting self-service data exploration.
- Track record collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including payers, providers, regulatory bodies, and data scientists
