Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and issues through chat (70%) and voice (30%) channels.

• Proactively manage multiple chat interactions while ensuring quality resolutions.

• Maintain a strong Average Handling Time (AHT) and high customer satisfaction levels.

• Manage customer concerns under pressure with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

• Adhere to process compliance and quality standards. Requirements:

• Education: Graduates preferred (Undergraduates with relevant experience may apply).

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO (domestic or international), preferably in blended or chat processes.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Availability: Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours).
