Position summary New American Funding (NAF) is a mortgage lender offering an array of loan options. Established in 2003 and headquartered in Tustin, CA, United States We're expecting candidate to be able to make independent decisions, execute the process and drive the team's performance on key performance metrics. Role & responsibilities Ensure process is executed as per Standard Operating Procedure. Providing team guidance and coaching to individual associates who fall below desired performance. Continuously contribute towards process improvement. Align team members with onshore team needs, allocate target and tool usage to support task performance. Track the process for workflow, tracking team performance, deployment of resources and capacity planning Review the performance on the key process metrics and conduct RCA to improve quality parameters. Act as process SME and manage additional responsibilities by providing extended cover to the team. Ensure daily work is managed within specified / agreed timeframe. Effectively manage shift operations and leave planning. Core Competencies Must have US Mortgage domain experience. Minimum 5 to 9 years of experience Experience in loan servicing Handled at least a team size of minimum 15 members Excellent command of the English language being fluent in spoken and written. MS Office application suite (preferably Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Good analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to build and motivate team.

Analyse and test programs and products before formal launch Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace. Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the defined standards. Collaborate with team members to determine best coding practices and enhance client experience. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, Charts and code comments. Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment. Actively participate in Internal initiatives, contribute to org wide Technology initiatives Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent Overall, 2 years of Software development experience Strong C/S Foundation and competencies on Data Structures, Algorithms and Software Design Principles supporting multiple channels. Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, Asp.net, React and AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, SASS Proficiency in Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, SQL Server Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript Integration expertise working with third-party libraries and APIs. Experience with memory and performance optimization tools Working knowledge in REST API’s Knowledge in latest Architectural patterns that facilitates TDD approach, Knowledge in Unit Testing Experience in being part of Production deployments and related activities. Ability to work in Agile fast paced environment with knowledge on CI/CD /Monitoring frameworks and related DevOps tools (Jenkins, Jira, Google Analytics if any) Proficient in Problem solving. Ability to work as part of Team or as Individual contributors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working across multiple geographies.

Role & responsibilities Oversee and manage the quality assurance process for software projects. Lead a team of Manual and Automation Testers, providing mentorship and guidance. Drive the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing. Utilize your 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in automation testing, to ensure the team's efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the team follows strong testing methodologies, defect management practices, and design techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, with a preference for in-sprint automation. Implement and maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java / C#) and Playwright. Hands-on experience with API automation using tools like Rest Sharp. Demonstrate your understanding of CI/CD principles by working with tools like Jenkins or Azure Pipelines. Utilize your familiarity with SQL Server and/or Azure Cosmos DB to test database interactions. Leverage your experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) to manage testing artifacts. Apply critical thinking and effective communication to provide clear quality assessments. Work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality software delivery. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent. Solid knowledge of QA principles, testing methodologies, and best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Experience implementing API testing using tools like Rest Sharp. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and in-sprint automation practices. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
