Job Description

I-9 Solutions Technical Analyst is responsible for providing Form I-9 and E-Verify solutioning to First Advantage customers and being a support liaison between internal departments to facilitate technical deployments and special project services. This position will require proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of the U.S. Federal rules and regulations for I-9 and E-Verify programs, and solutioning for customer requests.
This Is What You ll Do:
  • Responsible for receiving and understanding customer business needs and delivering timely and appropriate resolution with professional verbal and written communication.
  • Manage assigned projects from initial scoping to project completion and providing post-implementation support.
  • Capture and analyze customer requirements and deliver an error-free project resolution.
  • Work with multiple internal teams to deliver best-in-class solution to our clients. Teams may include but not limited to: Product, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering.
  • This role will work with large volumes of confidential data. This data must be managed and stored with high security, and First Advantage protocols must always be followed.
  • Maintain close communication with project team to confirm details, timeframes and expectations.
  • Maintain project records and present daily/weekly status report updates.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of assigned work and manage daily tasks (Salesforce, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Develop an understanding of the I-9 platform(s) and have proficiency with all available resource tools and technical environments.

This Is What Were Looking For:

  • Required: Technical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and analyze data flows. Preferred: 1 year or more in a Technical Support/Functional Consultant role or software implementation role.
  • Required proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; Power Point a plus.
  • Required: High School Education or Equivalent; Preferred, 2-Year or 4-Year College Degree
  • Preferred: customer service experience with customer-facing experience.
  • Requires strong, stable internet connection. Must be able to facilitate uninterrupted meetings over web conference and be able to support video calls (i.e. Teams), as needed, on company-provided equipment.
  • Experience and demonstrated success in a quality-driven environment. Ability to execute with acute attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Must be highly organized and able to multitask. Will be responsible managing project plans and task details on multiple projects.
  • Solid written and conversational English communication skills.
  • Will be requested to provide demonstrated experience of the required job skills.
