Non-IT Recruiter

Non-IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for Finance, BPO, Sales, Marketing, HR, Admin, and other non-tech roles.
Shortlist and screen candidates based on role-specific skills.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Build talent pipelines for recurring operational positions.
Partner with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements.

Requirements

6 months to 3 years of Non-IT recruitment experience.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results.
