Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Finance, BPO, Sales, Marketing, HR, Admin, and other non-tech roles.
  
• Shortlist and screen candidates based on role-specific skills.
  
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  
• Build talent pipelines for recurring operational positions.
  
• Partner with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements.
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of Non-IT recruitment experience.
  
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results.
