End-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple technologies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, referrals, and networking.
Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Negotiate offers, follow up on acceptance, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases for MIS purposes.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (Any specialization; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (either consultancy or corporate).
Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media hiring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
