Job Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Understand job descriptions and ensure accurate candidate mapping.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, and salary fitment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up until closure.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cyclefrom requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and daily/weekly recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Work on multiple IT requirements under tight timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT recruitment (1 to 4 years).
Good understanding of technologies like Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
