Job Title:

Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Write and post job descriptions across job boards and social media platforms.
Source candidates using various tools: Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Follow up on interview feedback and coordinate offer roll-outs and documentation.
Maintain reports and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely closures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
1 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
Good understanding of hiring metrics and market trends.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
