Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT roles using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and networking).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Prepare and share offer letters and manage the onboarding process.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks for non-IT roles.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (or strong interest) in recruitment for non-IT roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
