Role & responsibilities Job descriptions : Create and post job descriptions for Non IT roles Candidate sourcing : Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to find candidates Screening : Review resumes and applications to determine which candidates meet the job requirements Interviews : Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and qualifications Hiring : Offer roles to promising candidates and complete the required paperwork Onboarding : Ensure new hires are properly onboarded Tracking : Keep track of candidate interview processes and communicate with candidates Preferred candidate profile Strong communication skills Understanding of technical job requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with technology Knowledge of Non IT trends Background in recruitment across a variety of industries
