Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries in the US.
Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, work eligibility (citizen, GC, H1B, etc.), and fit for roles.
Negotiate pay rates, work conditions, and other terms with candidates.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates; gather and deliver feedback from both sides.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment in the US.

Requirements

Minimum
2+ years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
.
Strong understanding of the US job market, work authorizations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and employment regulations.
Experience hiring for industries such as
healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, admin, and finance
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruiting platforms.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
