Job Description

Primary Job Functions This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs. 1. Conduct phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements. 2. Determine if candidate is moving forward to the next step in the hiring process. 3. Update candidate steps in the appropriate recruitment systems. 4. Schedule successful candidates for next level interviews. 5. Follow-up with candidates via phone, text & email. 6. Answer incoming calls from candidates and provide requested information or assist them as necessary. 7. Demonstrate the Companys Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. Secondary Job Functions This section describes the secondary responsibilities that this job performs. 1. Create job postings for positions on external sites, as requested.
