Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express / LoopBack).
Design and manage database models and queries using MongoDB (Mongoose ORM preferred).
Implement caching and session management using Redis.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems.
Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to integrate APIs.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient backend code.
Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation layers.
Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs and queries.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Node.js backend development.
Strong command of JavaScript and asynchronous programming concepts.
Proficiency in Express.js or LoopBack framework.
Experience with MongoDB (CRUD operations, aggregation, indexing, optimization).
Working knowledge of Redis for caching, pub/sub, or session storage.
Understanding of RESTful API design and security best practices (JWT, CORS, rate limiting).
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development tools.
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with AWS, Docker, or cloud deployment.
Understanding of message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Experience writing unit tests using Jest or Mocha.
