Qualification - Strong English Communication skills.

An AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller, especially a fresher, is primarily responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely reimbursement. They work closely with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies and address billing issues.

Responsibilities:

• Claim Follow-up:
• Contact insurance companies via phone to inquire about the status of outstanding claims.
• Data Analysis:
• Review and analyze accounts receivable data to understand reasons for underpayments and denials.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with insurance companies, including call notes and claim statuses.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve billing issues and discrepancies, working with healthcare providers to ensure correct claim submission.
• Customer Service:
• Address patient inquiries regarding billing and provide clear explanations.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and healthcare providers, both verbally and in writing.
• Adherence to Regulations:
• Understand and adhere to industry regulations and guidelines.
