About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Node.js Developer with a keen interest and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services, integrating AI-powered features, and collaborating closely with front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain robust Node.js applications and APIs.

Integrate AI models into backend services (e.g., recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive analytics).

Work with AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.

Design RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous event-driven architecture.

Optimize backend code for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implement secure coding practices and data protection measures.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).

Solid understanding of Express.js, REST APIs, and MongoDB / SQL databases.

Experience with AI / ML integrations using libraries like TensorFlow, OpenAI, or similar.

Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Knowledge of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.

Good to Have:

Experience with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI tools.

Understanding of data pipelines and model lifecycle management.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (React/Vue) for integration purposes.

Contributions to open-source projects or personal AI experiments.
