Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Node.js Developer – Team Lead to guide a small team of developers and contribute to backend development efforts. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in Node.js development with a proven ability to lead and deliver projects in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small team of Node.js developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, designers, and product managers
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production bugs
Ensure code quality through automated testing, CI/CD practices, and documentation
Contribute to architectural decisions and improve backend performance and scalability

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture
Good understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/SQL databases
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,866.61 - ₹35,345.17 per month
