Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Technician to join our IMS team. The ideal candidate will provide remote support, monitor IT systems using tools like Zabbix, and ensure the smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, servers, switches, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support for desktop and laptop-related issues.
  • Monitor network and system performance using Zabbix or similar monitoring tools, and escalate issues when required.
  • Deliver remote technical support to internal users and resolve incidents effectively.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with users and technical teams.
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, switches, and firewalls.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Familiarity with switches and firewalls.
  • Proficiency in Zabbix or similar monitoring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and excellent communication skills.
