Job Description

  • Lead annual and quarterly business planning with national accounts, including Joint Business Plans (JBP) and category growth strategies.
  • Deliver topline and bottom-line through effective development of the key accounts
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts for increased profitability
  • Achievement of revenue and profitability targets
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, category, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Build and sustain strong senior-level relationships across national accounts, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.
  • ROI mindset focusing on Cost and Value Management
  • Achievement of brand objectives (planogramming, visibility, share of shelf etc. ) across assigned key accounts
  • Track and monitor adherence to TOT as agreed and flag/solve for deviations (if any)
