Develop and manages the online sales and marketing activities of the e-commerce business. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimizing the user experience of the e-commerce website, managing the e-commerce platform and technology, and managing quick commerce. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the E-Commerce sector Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for the company Strong analytical skills with expertise in in various digital marketing channels, campaign management, performance marketing, etc. Lead and drive the growth of E-commerce with a special focus on Quick E-commerce like Swiggy, Zepto, Blinki,t etc. Drive account management, ROI-driven marketing, promotions, JBP, TOT, and sales growth. Onboard new E-commerce accounts and closure of ToT post evaluation of business potential and operational alignment. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Media, Marketing) to pilot, measure and scale up e-commerce initiatives. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, and analysis covering promotional ROI, sales growth, T2T engagement. Ensuring the availability of the entire product range across all regions. Heading new product launches on E-commerce. Annual closure of JBP with all key accounts with a quarterly review on growth and required changes to be implemented. Lead and develop shopper-centric plans from Brand and Category Marketing Plans. Participation in events to ensure maximum visibility. Develop insights on competition, industry trends, and products. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with key accounts Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection from key accounts Educational Qualifications And Experience: Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in key account management in the E-commerce preferably from the same industry (FMCG/Food). Experience of working on the brand side will be preferred to E-com partner-side. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Key Account Manager Manager - Quick Commerce to drive and manage partnerships with leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and others. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our products are optimally represented, available, and growing within these fast-paced platforms. Duties & Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue through Q-commerce channels. Create clear, attractive product listings (images, descriptions, pricing) that match platform guidelines. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product listings and pricing strategies and customer feedback. Work closely with platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto) to resolve issues, streamline deliveries, and maintain strong relationships. Marketing & Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Quick commerce accounts and regularly report on performance. Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends. Run promotions, deals, and discounts tailored to quick commerce customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Manage performance marketing for individual channels, Optimize the campaigns and identify opportunity areas to grow revenue. Ensure that Quick commerce platforms are effectively showcasing the company's products through compelling content and visuals. Run promotions, deals, and discounts tailored to quick-commerce customers. Monitor returns/refunds and improve processes to reduce issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination in executing Quick commerce strategies. Provide feedback to the product team based on market trends. Must Have: 3-7 years in account management role in quick commerce with experience in fast-moving consumer goods especially Food / Snacks / Healthy Snacking / Dry Fruits. Proven track record of managing end-to-end product categories, including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory control.
