Role & responsibilities 1) Manage and expand distributor and retailer network in the assigned territory. 2) Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve business targets. 3) Ensure visibility, availability, and placement of products across GT channels. 4) Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers/ PSR's/ ISR's. 5) Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. 6) Execute promotional activities and ensure trade engagement. Preferred candidate profile 1) Graduate/ MBA with 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG/ personal care. 2) Strong background in general trade. 3) Proven track record in team management and achieving sales target.
Lead annual and quarterly business planning with national accounts, including Joint Business Plans (JBP) and category growth strategies. Deliver topline and bottom-line through effective development of the key accounts Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts for increased profitability Achievement of revenue and profitability targets Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, category, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of plans. Build and sustain strong senior-level relationships across national accounts, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities. ROI mindset focusing on Cost and Value Management Achievement of brand objectives (planogramming, visibility, share of shelf etc. ) across assigned key accounts Track and monitor adherence to TOT as agreed and flag/solve for deviations (if any)
