Role & responsibilities 1) Manage and expand distributor and retailer network in the assigned territory. 2) Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve business targets. 3) Ensure visibility, availability, and placement of products across GT channels. 4) Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers/ PSR's/ ISR's. 5) Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. 6) Execute promotional activities and ensure trade engagement. Preferred candidate profile 1) Graduate/ MBA with 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG/ personal care. 2) Strong background in general trade. 3) Proven track record in team management and achieving sales target.
