Job Title: Production Night-shift Manager

Location: Sector - 155, Noida

About Us:

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the day-to-day production processes on the floor.
• Prepare and manage

  Night-shift production schedules

  and ensure manpower alignment.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely packaging and shipment of products.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Identify production bottlenecks and help implement solutions for smoother operations.
• Collaborate with quality, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of daily production, dispatch, and shift reports.
• Act as a key support between floor workers and management to maintain workflow transparency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in production, operations, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setup preferred.
• Good understanding of production planning, shift handling, and dispatch processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation/reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
