We are looking for a talented and experienced Next.js Developer to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in building high-performance, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications using Next.js. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to create innovative web applications that deliver an outstanding user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Next.js and React.js. Work with front-end developers to implement modern UI/UX designs and ensure smooth user interactions. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate with APIs and databases. Manage state effectively across components using modern state management tools (e.g., Redux, React Context). Troubleshoot and resolve performance and usability issues. Ensure the applications are SEO-optimized and mobile-friendly. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in frontend development. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience with Next.js and React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Hands-on experience with Next.js, including features like SSR, SSG, and API routes. Experience with modern front-end tools and libraries (e.g., React Hooks, Redux, TypeScript). Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Proficiency with version control tools like Git. Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with serverless architecture and API development. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, or Strapi. Knowledge of testing frameworks and libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Previous experience in building e-commerce, marketplace, or large-scale web applications is a plus.
