Internship Details

• Duration:

  6 Months

• Stipend:

  ₹15,000 per month

• Location:

  Saket, New Delhi (In-Office)

• The Opportunity:

  High-performing interns will have a strong opportunity to convert to a full-time role as a Junior Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Learn to source and identify top technical talent using platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Assist in screening resumes and candidate profiles for various engineering roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support the talent acquisition team by helping to build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Assist in drafting engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
• Participate in the planning and execution of recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• No prior professional experience is required.

  A passion for learning is a must!
• A strong interest in technology and a curiosity to learn about different technical roles (frontend, backend, AI, etc.).
• A keen interest in AI and how it can be leveraged to automate and enhance day-to-day recruitment tasks.
