Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Manager located in New Delhi. The New Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the development of new snack products from concept to launch. Daily tasks include conducting market research, overseeing food technology and food science projects, managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that new products comply with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Food Science Knowledge of Food Technology and the Food Industry Project Management skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field Previous experience in product development within the food industry is preferred Show more Show less
