Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, etc. - Monitor and report key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. - Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing assets. - Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities. - Ensure budget efficiency and maximize ROI through continuous campaign adjustments. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in running paid marketing campaigns. - Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. - Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, and Excel. - Knowledge of key marketing metrics and KPIs. - Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. - Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
