Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced NPD Manager to handle end-to-end New Product Development of aluminium press and stamped components.The role involves close coordination with tool room, production, quality, SCM, and customers to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage New Product Development activities for aluminium press & stamped components
• Evaluate RFQs, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with tool design, tool room, and production teams
• Oversee development and validation of tools, dies, and fixtures
• Handle aluminium-specific manufacturing aspects such as:
• Formability and springback control
• Surface finish and cosmetic requirements
• Tool wear, lubrication, and process stability
• Execute APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP
• Monitor tool trials, part trials, sample approval, and SOP handover
• Support customer interactions for technical discussions and engineering changes
• Track project timelines, risks, and product changes
• Drive continuous improvement in product and process design

Experience & Skill Requirements

• 8–9 years of experience in NPD / Product Engineering
• Strong exposure to aluminium press and stamped components
• Experience with progressive, transfer, and manual dies
• Background in Automotive or Tool Manufacturing companies
• Good understanding of:
• GD&T and engineering drawings
• Sheet metal forming processes
• Automotive quality requirements
• Ability to manage multiple NPD projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Adibatla, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
