Strong project-handling, planning & multitasking capabilities
Hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD)
Mandatory experience in CI Casting and Machining processes
Strong background in VMC / HMC machining operations
In-depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans
Expertise in tooling development, pattern design & process validation
Ability to troubleshoot casting and machining issues effectively
Strong communication, customer interaction & documentation skills
Capability to coordinate with production, quality, design & tooling teams
