This role is with one of our portfolio company Role Overview: As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic thought partner, operator, and execution arm to the Founder. This role is equal parts planning, operations, and execution ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks like a founder, and knows how to get things done. Key Responsibilities: High-Impact Projects (80% of the role) Lead projects in product development, operations, finance, and analytics and own them end to end while collaborating with different team members Kickstart new business lines from a supply perspective: find factories, speak to different brands, recruit specialist sourcing teams Note: these projects will be intense and operationally heavy and it will not be limited to spreadsheets. The role would involve travel to factories for a couple of days every month. Strategic Initiatives (20% of the role) Run strategic analysis to support supply planning and decision-making.
