HyderabadWe are seeking an experienced

Network/Security Engineer

with strong expertise in

Hub-Spoke network design, Firewall configuration, and DNS management

within cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable network architectures, ensuring high availability, compliance, and performance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Architecture Design: Design and implement Hub-Spoke network topologies in cloud (preferably Azure) and hybrid infrastructures.
  • Firewall Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs) — such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Azure Firewall — ensuring secure network segmentation and traffic control.
  • DNS & IP Management: Manage DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and name resolution services, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Network Security: Implement network security policies, VPNs, and encryption standards to protect data in transit and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor network and firewall performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot latency, routing, and security issues.
  • Integration & Collaboration: Work with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless integration across environments.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation of network topologies, firewall rules, and configurations; ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in network and security engineering, preferably in enterprise or cloud-based environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Hub-Spoke network architecture and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • Hands-on experience with firewall technologies — Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, or Azure Firewall.
  • Expertise in DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and load balancing (F5, Azure Front Door, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in VPN setup and management (IPSec, SSL).
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure/AWS) including VNet Peering, ExpressRoute, and Private Endpoints.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Network Security and Network Access Control (NAC) principles.
  • Knowledge of network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Azure Network Watcher.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • CCNP / CCNA Security
    • Palo Alto PCNSE / Fortinet NSE
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
