We are looking for a skilled Network Test Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of application-level protocols, TCP/IP, QUIC, SSL, and experience with traffic generation tools.

You will be responsible for testing and validating network performance, security, and functionality, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• DPI Testing: Design and execute test cases to validate the performance and accuracy of DPI solutions across various network protocols.
• Protocol Analysis: Analyze and troubleshoot application-level protocols (e.g., HTTP/2, QUIC, SSL/TLS) to ensure correct implementation and compliance with standards. Traffic Generation: Utilize traffic generation tools (e.g., Spirent, Ixia, Ostinato) to simulate realistic network conditions and measure performance metrics.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance, load, and stress testing on network devices and applications to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
• Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for DPI testing, enhancing test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to define testing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback on performance. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and reports that document test execution, results, and issues found. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in DPI testing and network performance assessments.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, QUIC, SSL/TLS protocols.
• Familiarity with network architecture, firewalls, and routing protocols.
• Experience with traffic generation tools such as Spirent, Ixia, or similar.
• Proficiency in using packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump) for troubleshooting.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or other networking certifications) are a plus
