Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects (Juniper WAN/LAN/MIST/SRX, Aruba LAN, Cisco LAN, Cisco ISE).
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Technical Leadership:

• Guide and mentor network engineers, security analysts, and architects.
• Validate technical designs, implementation plans, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.

Customer Engagement:

• Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Conduct status meetings, presentations, and executive updates.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Support) to align project goals.
• Proactively escalate and resolve project risks and blockers.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation (SoWs, runbooks, post-implementation reports).
• Provide regular reports on project health, KPIs, and progress.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in

  Network Project Management

  and

  IT Infrastructure Delivery

  .
• Strong understanding of

  LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching

  .
• Knowledge of tools like

  MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow

  .
• Certifications such as

  PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile

  are a plus.
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

  skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Juniper JUNOS, MIST, or equivalent
