Job Title: Principal / Senior Python Engineer Location: Onsite – Noida, Mohali, or Hyderabad Work Timings: UK Business Hours (13:00-22:00) Employment Type: One year Contract (No Benefits / Paid Holidays) Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and drive development best practices. Own complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce clean, testable, and efficient code. Work closely with client stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure delivery excellence. Ensure system security, performance, and reliability through proper coding standards and documentation. Technical Skills Required: Strong expertise in Python (8+ years), including frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Proven experience in REST API development, microservices architecture, and integration patterns. Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred. Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and modern development workflows. Experience in unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
