Network Operations Center Engineer

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support global network operations with a strong focus on SD-WAN infrastructure.

SD-WAN platforms including Versa, Cisco Viptela, and Cisco Meraki.

• Act as an engineer for P1/P2 incidents, ensuring timely recovery and root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with hardware and service vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, and issue resolution.

• Monitor, optimize, and maintain network performance across multiple sites.

Aruba Wireless LAN controllers, access points, Juniper routers, and switches.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for routing protocols, network connectivity, and wireless issues.

• Ensure compliance with operational processes, documentation, and change management guidelines.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience with SD-WAN platforms (Versa, Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki).

• Strong expertise in Aruba Wireless LAN infrastructure and controllers.

• Proficiency with Juniper devices (routers & switches).

• Solid understanding of routing, switching, network security fundamentals, and WAN/LAN environments.

• Experience in enterprise-level incident response and troubleshooting.
