Network Operations Center Engineer

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Support

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support global network operations with a strong focus on SD-WAN infrastructure.

SD-WAN platforms including Versa, Cisco Viptela, and Cisco Meraki.

Act as an engineer for P1/P2 incidents, ensuring timely recovery and root cause analysis.

Collaborate with hardware and service vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Monitor, optimize, and maintain network performance across multiple sites.

Aruba Wireless LAN controllers, access points, Juniper routers, and switches.

Perform advanced troubleshooting for routing protocols, network connectivity, and wireless issues.

Ensure compliance with operational processes, documentation, and change management guidelines.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

Proven hands-on experience with SD-WAN platforms (Versa, Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki).

Strong expertise in Aruba Wireless LAN infrastructure and controllers.

Proficiency with Juniper devices (routers & switches).

Solid understanding of routing, switching, network security fundamentals, and WAN/LAN environments.

Experience in enterprise-level incident response and troubleshooting.
