Job Description

Key Deliverables

  • Hands on Experience on Cisco Call Managers.
  • Supporting single site client Voice Infrastructure independently.
  • Configuring different models of Cisco IP PhonesConfiguring user features in CUCM such as Hunt Group, Call Pickup Group,BLF,Speed Dial and shared line.
  • Good knowledge about CUCM monitoring tool. (Cisco Realtime Monitoring Tool).
  • Troubleshooting Cisco IP Phones issues independently such as Blinking issues, IP Phone not registering.
  • Cisco CUCM Firmware Upgrade.
  • Cisco CUCM Patch Upgrade.
  • Good knowledge and understandings of SIP.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Cisco UCS Servers.
  • Good knowledge about cisco CUBE routers used for outbound calling.
  • Basic troubleshooting commands in Cube routers.
  • Renew of Cisco SSL Certificate on all the nodes in a cluster.
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of SIP Trunk.
  • Raise RMA request for faulty cisco Ip phones.
  • Basic understanding of cisco licensing.
  • Taking as well as monitoring Cisco CUCM Backup.
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of CUCM alerts
  • Raising Cisco TAC Case of Major Outages.
  • Creating daily voice dashboard checklist.


Key Activities (Housekeeping)

Must have skills

  • Good knowledge of ticketing tool
  • For creating incident or service request tickets
  • Hard resetting of RMA phones to register on CUCM.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco

Interact with other domain team of Wipro and IT for day-to-day operations

  • Manage support in implementing new IT projects, effective utilization of existing IT systems
  • Manage support in rollout of IT projects in Mumbai
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of overall IT Operations of Convention Centre, NMACC, DAS, Plaza, Service Apartments and Office Space
  • Communicate on other scheduled daily, weekly and monthly activities


External


RCP, Vendors, IT Service Providers, other Domains, ISP

  • Hardware failure, installation, replacement
  • Preparing RCA and review it
  • Coordination with ISP for links with Circuit IDs


Role Requirements


Educational Qualifications

  • B.Tech/BE or any graduate with equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Following Certification would be preferred – CCNA-Wireless


Experience (Type & Nature)

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in Network Voice ,


Skills & Technical Competencies

  • Hands on Experience on Cisco Call Managers.
  • Supporting single site client Voice Infrastructure independently.
  • Configuring different models of Cisco IP PhonesConfiguring user features in CUCM such as Hunt Group, Call Pickup Group,BLF,Speed Dial and shared line.
  • Good knowledge about CUCM monitoring tool. (Cisco Realtime Monitoring Tool).
  • Troubleshooting Cisco IP Phones issues independently such as Blinking issues, IP Phone not registering.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to document work.
  • Manage 24x7 network Support with occasional oncall/major change implementation support
  • Must be willing to try new things and new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving experience in networking is required and end to end resolution.
  • Install, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot, Cisco equipment
  • Worked on Ticketing Tool and operational day to day Operations support
  • Proficient skills in Visio and Microsoft Office
