Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain the Clients Monitoring Systems for On-premises entities like Servers, Network endpoints and other Infrastructure
• Alerts and events Management via monitoring tools like Solar Winds, Cacti, Azure Monitor, SCOM, Cisco UCS, Control Up, Citrix Director, Tripwire, LogRhythm, Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP Protocol suite Point to Point Wireless systems.
• Knowledge on Cisco wireless technologies such as WAP, WLC, Cisco Prime, Meraki.
• Designed and configured Network systems with a focus on circuit provisioning.
• Managed and maintained network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security through effective configuration and troubleshooting
• Configured and managed LAN and WAN environments to ensure seamless connectivity and efficient network performance
• Administered DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable domain name resolution and efficient IP address management across the network
• Configured and managed TCP/IP protocols to optimize network communication and ensure reliable data transmission across systems.

Experience and Skills:

• Total experience in IT between 6 to 9 years.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an L2 NOC engineer or similar role.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, ARP and Layer 2 and Layer 3 communication.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/ WAN communications, network hardwares such as CISCO Routers, Ethernet Switches, Firewalls, Voice communication devices, servers
• Preferred having experience on one Network Monitoring tool and Cloud monitoring experience.
• Knowledge on Monitoring, Patching and Backup tools.
• Willing to work rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with issues to resolution
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is preferred.
• Experience in managing end client networks is preferred.
