Job Description

Are you a Network Engineer who thrives on transforming chaos into order, ensuring seamless connectivity and ultimate efficiency? If untangling complex networks and optimizing them for peak performance excites you, read on.

What You Will Be Doing

Designing and implementing scalable network solutions to support our global operations.
Ensuring high availability and performance of network infrastructure through proactive monitoring and optimization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and standardize network solutions across our product portfolio.
Automating network operations to minimize manual intervention and enhance reliability.
Troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing long-term solutions.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Stuck in repetitive, manual network configurations without room for innovation.
Endlessly documenting without driving tangible network improvements.
Waiting on approvals for critical network changes - you'll have the autonomy to act swiftly.
Maintaining outdated network systems without an opportunity for modernization.

Network Engineer Key Responsibilities

Ensure seamless and efficient global network operations by designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable network solutions.

Basic Requirements

Proven expertise in designing and managing complex network infrastructures.
Strong experience with network automation tools and scripting languages.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice-to-have Requirements

Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.
Experience with SD-WAN technologies.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
