Job Description

As a Network Administrator, your role will involve assisting in network design and implementation, providing network support across all locations, and installing, configuring, and supporting network (wired and wireless) and telecom (PBX/CUCM) equipment. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, partners, service providers, internal, and external stakeholders, as well as providing network support to users. Your tasks will include deploying security improvements and system upgrades under the guidance of senior team members and the security team. Additionally, you will be monitoring the network (wired and wireless) to ensure optimal performance, creating and maintaining network users/permissions, and supporting users and infrastructure to minimize user impact. It will also be part of your responsibilities to create technical support documentation to assist in troubleshooting and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in network design and implementation - Provide network support across all locations - Install, configure, and support network (wired and wireless) and telecom (PBX/CUCM) equipment - Coordinate with vendors, partners, service providers, internal and external stakeholders - Provide network support to users - Deploy security improvements and system upgrades under the guidance of seniors and the security team - Monitor network (wired and wireless) to ensure optimal performance - Create and maintain network users/permissions - Support users and infrastructure to minimize user impact - Create technical support documentation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/BE/B Tech, BSC IT, or a related field - CCNA certification is a must - Minimum 5 years of experience in a network administration role - Previous experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper switches, routers, and enterprise telephony is preferred - Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts - Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills - Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities - Ability to work independently under minimal supervision - Knowledge of computing infrastructures - Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools - Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability - Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues,
